JIFUNZE KUHUSU SWAHILI HIP HOP NA USHAHIDI KATIKA RASILIMALI ZA TANZANIA


1.  HIP HOP AND ITS ELEMENTS
  
Hip hop has five elements that represent the culture as follows(hip hop inanguzo tano muhimu nazo ):
·         GRAFFITI-(sanaa za uchoraji macahata kutumia mikono)-  It includes graphics and artistic drawings on the walls, trees or moving objects like trains that have access for people to see. It is simply one of those ways that graffiti artist express themselves in terms of how they feel about pretty much anything.


·         DJ-(sanaa za kupiga midundo kwa mdomo au mikono) Known as the one who throws light to those in the crowd by cutting records to grab the people’s attention and reinforce the messages on the lyrics.


·         B-BOY-. (kufikisha ujumbe kwa kucheza)These are specifically known as break dancers that came up with their newly invented dance element that gets every part of their human body moving for healthy keeping

·         M.C-.(kilinge cha mitindo huru(freestyle) na majigambo kwa njia ya kughani)This element of the Hip hop culture complements every other element to form a whole new way of life known as Hip hop. This individual masters and adapts to any type of environment and gets hold of activities hosted for specific events.


·         STREET GEAR-(ni sanaa ya maonyesho ya mavazi) This part is the only witness to the undying evidence of success created by this new culture. As some would say that they have made a big transformation from,” crime to rhyme”.
 ARTE FACTS OF HIP HOP LIVING PROOF IN TANZANIA(SWAHILI-LAND) -VIGEZO VYA USHAHIDI WA KUWA SWAHIL HIP HOP NDIO INA HISTORIA NZIMA YA HIP HOP:
During the early days of old Tanganyika (TANZANIA) there was features that represent the hip hop elements, the five elements and proofs as follows:
                              
1.   GRAFFITI (sanaa za uchoraji macahata kutumia mikono)-unaweza kuona kwamba Swahili-land kulivyo na historia ya hii tamaduni yetu ,hivi ni vigezo tosha kwa wote kuwa hip hop ilianza Africa.

2.   M.C – kilinge cha mitindo huru(freestyle) na majigambo kwa njia ya kughani ,hasa utumia Masai .ni nguzo muhimu pia kwenye Swahili hip hop .
(Look at the Masai tribe creates a cypher (which means a round circle of strongmen) bragging about who is the strongest warrior in their community).

3.   DJ(sanaa za kupiga midundo kwa mdomo na mikono) –kwenye sherehe zetu za tamaduni huwa haikamiliki bila ya midundo ya kutumia mdomo au mikono ina maana kutumika ngoma kama kiburudisho au kionjo mpigaji kuonyesha umahiri na ustadi ,pia hutumika kutoa taadhari ya jambo.
 (This is an individual playing the drum which promotes African) culture e.g. -Sindimba of Makonde tribe southern Tanzania.
4.   B-BOY (hii hutumika kufikisha ujumbe kwa kucheza na kutafoutisha baina ya kabila na kabila).
This is a person who dances to the vibe which is produced by the Drummer man. E.g. Digo Dancing Mdumange of Tanga.
5.   STREET GEAR (ni sanaa ya maonyesho ya mavazi na pia hutumika kutafoutisha baina ya kabila na kabila).
-The various traditional clothing so as to have a distinctive identity, this is wearing clothes in order to differentiate you from others .e g HEHE differ from CHAGA and POGOLO differ from LUGULU etc.
